In addition to the new Ultegra reel itself the package is equipped with 1 extra spool and 4 line reducers (2×10.000/2×3.500).

The extra spool in combination with the 4 line reducers gives the surf cast angler the opportunity to fish with different types of lines and respective line capacities according to the actual circumstances.

The multi-disc Instant Drag facility enables a freespool to power setting in just half a turn of the front lever

    FAN FREAKIN-TASTIC– there is no doubt this is a fish gettin machine. I was hoping I the purchase would be special and I am not disappointed.Really well thought out design with serious up grades.If you are like me, the second spool is nice to have, but probably will not get used.Even came with drag washer upgrades, I won’t need them as I plan on using light pound test, but the option is there if I go out on a charter.

    Looks heavy but it is light. Compliments long surfing rods and the spool has plenty of room for braided lines. The extra spool is a bonus.

    Parece buen carete,a falta de probarlo,para ver como se comporta al lance y a la recogida del hilo!queda por ver la resistencia y durabilidad ya que ni esta hecho en Japon si no en Malasya!La caja viene con el carete y dos bobinas en total de 14000 y aparte ha traido dos reducciones a 10000 y otras dos a3500 que son como anillas que se montan en las bobinas.Funcciona con otras boboinas tambien pero hay que cambiarle tambien la tapa del freno!Ha llegado bastante antes de lo previsto

    Buen carrete (incluye 2 bobinas originales y cuatro reductores, 2 de 3500 y 2 de 10000), a muy buen precio y un envío muy rápido. Lo utilizo para pesca en el mar en modalidad ‘surf casting’ y para pesca en embarcación fondeada. Un carrete recomendable para ambas modalidades. Como principal característica es que tiene un sistema de bobinado paralelo o superlento que junta más las espiras en la bobina y evita que el nylon/hilo fino se rice, sin embargo para el nylon/hilo grueso quizá es mejor el bobinado estándar . Es un carrete muy parecido al Shimano Ultegra 14000 XSC pero éste (el XSD) tiene un ‘tapón’ en el freno o mejor dicho está tapado, por lo demás es básicamente igual.

    Mulinello bellissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, perfetto per il Surf dalla riva il filo esce fluido il recupero è a velocità giusta anche bello esteticamente leggero nessun difetto da segnalare nella scatola vi erano delle riduzioni completo assolutamente soddisfatto aspetto lo Spigolone
