Coffee. I purchased my Keurig and had to call your help-who did a wonderful job in helping me. Unfortunately, within one month it went belly-up again. I was happy to see the bottom drip tray. It catches any overflow and has a pop up button to let me know if I need to empty it. A couple of times I overfilled a cup until I purchased a 1 cup measure .
Customer Service – Terrific. Having problems with my current Keurig K15 coffee maker, I contacted the Keurig customer service department. The service representative offered a number of recommended solutions and we were in contact for over 25 minutes, working through these options. The service rep was well informed and very patient in trying to help me with the problem. When all my friends were buying their Keurig coffee makers, I had the opinion that it was not a necessary appliance in my kitchen. When I finally bought one – with coupons and cash back offers – I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. So I can say, thank you, Keurig company, for your help and for replacing my coffee maker.

I bought this in March and now the water no longer flows correctly from the tube. It fills with water as people don’t know it’s not working and floods the place. I’ve tried cleaning but it still clogs up. I’m guessing it’s because the poker and the tube are to close and coffee grinds keep getting sucked up into the system. This is just a guess mind you. I don’t know how this got the high rating it did. Of course it’s past the return policy. I do love the design or look of it but now it’s basically a paperweight. My clients also complained the water just did not get hot enough. Ste

I am super unhappy with this Keurig. I have been a long-time user of Keurig coffee makers, but this one just does not cut the mustard. Unfortunately, because we bought it for our RV, we did not test it in time to meet the NARROW window of return opportunity. What is that about???? The plastic was cheap, the coffee was cold, and the functionality was awkward. We feel duped.This is an update to the above review following an actual call to Keurig:Buyers, many companies have teams now-a-days where there job is to watch reviews for negative comments and then respond. The notion is to show others reading them “oh, hey…look, this buyer had a bad experience, but the company was very responsive and is offering to rectify the situation”. The reason is multi-pronged. For instance, the company wants to show they “care” as well as that they are doing something about the issue…that they stand behind their product. I decided to actually call due to the real frustration regarding this K15 model Keurig. Well, this is where things crumble regarding Keurig’s concern or desire to do something for the buyer of their machines. I was basically told I must be an idiot, a liar, or a thief. The representative was surely trained to respond to customer calls as her answers were very “canned”, meaning taught responses and tactfully defensive regarding Keurig’s machine quality and how so many other buyers are raving about this machine (why do I care-just a further attempt to belittle me?). Despite my desire to move into a better built model (hopefully), I was told they weren’t capable (or is it willing) to allow me to simply return and or exchange this unit and either buy or exchange and pay the difference for another. So, reluctantly, I was made to succumb to the same model replacement. Further, I now have to send back some internal part on my own dime??? Really???? I suppose this is a tactic to keep warranty hounds at bay. Due to the machine issues, I would think that Keurig would want the whole machine back to check what happened on the quality front when engineering it. Instead, they are more interested in ensuring I don’ t have the ability to use both machines. HA! I’d be lucky if one works. Thanks, Keurig.

Previously, I had a large Keurig for about 6 years before the motor went bad. Then I purchased this one. It died in about 2 months, Keurig replaced it. The second one went belly-up less than 3 months later. Keurig replace it. The third one lasted a little over a month. I am using the same water as I did with my first Keurig…the long-lasting one. I have followed all the “online” and phone advice from the company.My conclusion is that Keurig has cut corners in manufacturing. What’s the line from a famous movie? “I’m mad as H– and I’m not going to take it any more.” I strongly advise customers to re-think buying this product.
Love it! I’ve had mine for a few years and still love it! It works great! I’ve never had any problems with it. I got the fun red color that matches my kitchen. The word “Brew” & the power emblem on the buttons wore off after a while. They really should engrave those into the plastic like the name “Keuirg” is across the handle. Otherwise, it’s perfect for me! ❤️
Perfect for travl. This beautiful red coffee maker replaced one that I have had for many years. I left the older one with family as a gift for their hospitality. It served me for many years as I am sure this one will.

Excellent. After having a larger Keurig, for over 7 year, I recently bought one that only allows a single cup of water at a time. I really like that water isn’t stored internally. This machine works just as well as the old one.
Quality. We appreciate the high quality & value of this Keurig and their customer service dept is outstanding with helping in any questions. Extremely professional. I would highly recommend this coffee maker. The color is pretty bright and a pleasant burst of color in our kitchen.
Works great and provides really good service. I have had a Keurig for over eight years and use it every morning and night. The directions say that there is a water level guide, but unlike my old unit this unit did not have the tabs in the reservoir.
Keurig should update the Tips and Maintenance section of the Use and Care Guide.
