Purchased this to replace another Keurig that I took to the office. I really like this one for the most part. The reason behind the 2 stars is because it leaks water from the dispenser area into either the cup you have under it or, if no cup is present, into the tray and onto the counter. It’s not a huge amount, maybe an ounce or two at most and seems to happen more-often when the reservoir is full.I’ve contacted Keurig with ZERO customer service feedback (very disappointing) and it has been well over a month since I inquired. I considered sending this unit back to Amazon and getting a new one sent, just in case it’s simply my unit, honestly, I don’t have the original box and I dont want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back, explaining the reasoning, going through Square Trade (if needed) and so on.So for now I’m just ‘dealing with it’, undecided if I will continue to be a loyal Keurig customer going forward.I sincerely hope you have better luck with your purchase. Again, overall, it’s a GREAT K-Cup Single Serve appliance – other than the very annoying leak and the less-than-shotty support from Keurig, should you ever need to contact them.**Updated 7.26.18: I updated this review and star rating today from 2 stars to 4 stars.After multiple attempts and finally hearing back from Keurig’s customer service via/because-of my Amazon review, I had to again contact Keurig via a phone call to explain the situation. They acknowledged that this ‘leaking’ issue was something they were experiencing with many of the earlier units and therefore would replace mine. As of today I’ve received an email confirmation that the new unit has shipped and will be here in a couple days. Also included was a paid shipping label for the Keurig I need to send back.For me, this is exactly what I had hoped for in the first place and I appreciate Keurig stepping up to resolve. The reason it’s still 4 stars and not 5 is because of the work and time on my end to get this acknowledged and the fact that I still dont know ‘for certain’ that the new device will not experience the same issues.If the new one is still a leaker, I will update my review once-again to let potential buyers know. Otherwise, consider ‘no news is good news’.

Worked fine for the first 6 months. Now it has a problem. It randomly only fills the coffee cup about 2/3rds full. Have not figured out why yet. I always keep the water reservoir full, so that is not the problem. I will contact Keurig to see if the can fix or replace it.

I’ve bought just about every model out there and they ALL have turned to a boat anchor within a few months or during the first or second year. I’m looking at two dead ones now sitting in my kitchen and have a third dead one in my garage.This little K Elite model started gushing water and coffee grounds with every.single.cup barely six months in. After an hour on the phone, Keurig is sending a replacement (and after first being told it was out of warranty so we had to argue, UGH), but guess what?!? Oh, they are out of stock of the Brushed Slate color… PERFECT!!!! ANY other company and I would have abandoned them long ago but for whatever reason, I just keep buying more machines. The replacement machine was one that had been preowned and *refurbished” as it was not in a retail package and had a suspicious “WR” after the model number. I knew it right away. I am beyond disgusted. * UPDATE* This was untrue. They did send a new machine, not refurbished.*I am now buying another brand of coffeemaker and will not give a single cent more to Keurig or Green Mountain. We are *those* people that go through around 250 coffee pods a month and I wish I could have all the money back that I’ve spent on absolutely worthless machines. I now have to spend more time calling the most unhelpful service line in the nation to argue they replace the replacement.Goodbye, Keurig. I am done. You’ve fooled me long enough!***UPDATE #2***I called Keurig to get a replacement for the replacement and lucked upon a very helpful agent. She listened to me rant and rave, and assured me Keurig *is* listening to their customers. Keurig management reviews all the calls they receive on their support line and they read the reviews here. So here’s my two cents: we need a suction-type accessory that cleans the needles properly, both upper and lower. (This was a lesson learned on the previous models so it’s beyond me why they weren’t thinking ahead with this one.) It may also be a problem with the handle not staying down tight enough for the pressure. I don’t know exactly…but whatever it is, it’s very hard for me to believe Keurig was not aware of this issue during the testing phase of this model and that is very disappointing.Keurig is sending another replacement machine, this time in the color I originally ordered (Brushed Slate) and some free coffee for my trouble. I would still be absolutely incensed if the agent was not as sweet and polite as she was. So kudos to my agent for her very nice assistance. She made it very quick and easy to get another machine.At the end of the day, all everyone wants is fresh, hot coffee brewed on-demand at the temperature and strength we prefer and without annoyances. Keurig, I know you want the same thing. I hope you can make this happen consistently.***UPDATE #3:***The replacement for the replacement didn’t even give us one cup of coffee either. SAME OLD, SAME OLD. Immediately started spewing grounds before the first cup was 1/3 full. I don’t know what to do, I really don’t. Every cup made with this model is it’s own special surprise. Is it only a half cup and swirling with coffee grounds? Or is it to the absolutely brim and swirling with coffee grounds? Or did I forget to have my fistful of paper towels ready on cue to catch all the coffee that shoots out like a projectile missile when I lift up the handle and now have water and grounds all over my granite countertop, dripping down into the silverware drawer?Oh what fun this is. This is the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had with anything I’ve owned. THREE OF THESE MACHINES HAVE FAILED. I haven’t had a decent cup of coffee at home for over a month. Keurig.

Nothing like a Keurig. I bought this for my sister who was visiting – staying in a hotel. She didn’t have one – thought her old coffee pot was fine – until she used this. The machine is so easy to use and clean – there is truly nothing like it. Thank you for such a great product.

Amazing color!!! For my 1st time owning a keurig, Its amazing!!! And i love the color!!! I bought the sandstone and the color is definitely lighter than what the picture shows… but no biggie. It works excellent and very low maintenance for this coffee maker which helps a lot for a busy mom. I even bought a second one for my in-laws, which im sitll waiting on it to arrive.

Quiet Brew. I love how this coffee maker doesn’t take up so much space and how the container holds more water. It quiet, fast and the coffee comes out hot not lukewarm. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a teal color. It wasn’t a dealbreaker though, the blue is pretty too.

Luv This Coffee Maker! I have had a Keurig Coffee Maker for years. It finally played out. It was a wonderful machine and was used every day, several times a day! I saw this one and knew I had to have it. I love the red and OMG it is sooo quiet I had to look to make sure it was working! Plus I used some of my points to get it, that made it that much better.
