Nice. I am very happy with the coffee pot I wish the reservoir was larger but that’s not a biggie I had a much larger one used it for five years and it was used a lot this was on sale at a very good price I have to fill the reservoir a little more but I have lots of water so I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who is in the market for one

I’ve had three Keurigs over the years. This one is better than the other two (both were the original, I don’t know the model number), in that it’s quieter. Noticeable quieter. Brewing is about the same (which I like).BUT, about 20% of the time, this doesn’t work at all. The pump (I guess) makes noise and either doesn’t do anything or brews a few drops only. The problem didn’t start until after a few months, but I wish I still had my old one.Truth is, I’d seen other reviewers saying the same thing, but I hoped for the best – wish I’d listened. Not happy.

I have read some of the posts on here where the brewer inadvertently stops working. The first one I purchased quit after 2 days. The replacement stopped working after 2.5 weeks and acted the same way–just wold not make coffee. If this happens to you, the problem might be (I discovered this by accident and I blame Keurig for not putting some note or instructions in the paperwork) the piercing needle is plugged with debris or coffee grounds. The unit detects excessive back pressure and stops. All one needs to do is get a paper clip and open up for one piece of wire to insert on either side of the needle to remove and debris. After doing that, the unit worked fine. If you call Keurig, they will send you a device to clean that port as well. If your unit tries to make a cup then stops short of filling the cup, try this first.

This was purchased at the end of October and it officially ‘died’ on Jan 13th. So what’s that? 2 1/2 months…Despite using filtered, non-tap water and using the filters supplied these Keurig units are notoriously unreliable. Of course, ‘product support’ ended on 12/28 so we’re stuck.I cannot recommend buying these anymore. Impractical for what you get in return (one cup per pod and the trash that this generates) and the short, short, SHORT lifespan of the machine. This isn’t the first time that one of these units has crapped out in less than one year.UPDATE — Dec 15th 2018. Even after this review, nobody from Keurig has reached out to ask if they could help. I guess they don’t care. But at least this review has helped a few of you so that’s good. BTW I purchased another k-cup brand (Cuisinart) at Bed Bath and Beyonce, and the ‘descale’ light came on after 4 months. So I descaled, and 9 tankfuls of white vinegar & water later, the light is still on. Plugged it in, plugged it out, rubbed my tummy & patted my head and nothing changed. So after this one bites the dust, its a drip maker for me, or even an old-school percolator. Those never crapped out!

No more instant coffee! This is my third machine over about 6/7 years. I needed a new one and I just couldn’t decide which one. I decided to go with my old faithful and purchased the same as before. It was on special with some KCups which was an extra bonus. Set up was simple, everything is working fine and I’ve said goodbye to instant coffee!

Convenient and ready throughout the day. This is the 3rd Keurig K-Classic that we have purchased. Convenient to have one in the kitchen and one downstairs in our studios. We like the feature of filling the tank to the top, and having fresh made cups of coffee in a row, without measuring water each time.

It’s a Keurig. I recently upgraded from one of the Keurigs where you pour a mug’s worth of water in the top. Major improvements from this model: I can fit taller mugs, can do more than one cup at a time, can fill reservoir in the sink so i don’t need to risk spilling on the counter.

As my title says, it’s a Keurig. You know what you’re getting.

It “Gets” Us! For three years, we’ve been using a single cup maker due to the calcium buildup that occurred in every multi-cup machine we’ve ever owned. We decided to take a risk and order this machine, using it with filtered water only. So far we have loved it. We love not having to wait on water to heat. We love having three cup sizes; my husband fills his Yetti cup now with one dripping, yet, I can still enjoy a shot of expresso. Our taste in coffee differs and this machine meets all of our needs from flavors, size of cup, and no waiting. It “gets” us! Hopefully it will last longer than a year now that we are using filtered water. So far so good!

Very dependable! We owned our first Keurig, the Classic, for 8 years, using it at least 6 times a day! We finally needed to replace it, so we purchased the Classic again! The upgrades they have made (not as noisy, different handle hinge) are right on the money!

Great features. This is my second Keurig brewer in 8 years. Loved the first one and wore it out and assume this new one will be as good. Like the newer features on this brewer, the customizing buttons, side water tank, etc.

simple to use. This is I think my 3rd Keurig. I like the simple features reminds me of my first one.
The last one I had ,had all of bells and whistles we did not use. this one is simple.
The only thing I do not like is the cheap plastic handle. also did not receive the code for free
coffee that I as supposed to get for buying a new Keurig
