    Fitbit Versa comfort. I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. She lives the pink color and she said the band is so soft and comfortable she wears it to Zumba and has no issue. She likes the size and comfort of wearing it. She like being able to see her heart rate and her favorite APP so far is the Relax App. She has had it for a few weeks now and has had no issues. She’s still exploring the Apps and functions. I’m very happy with the purchase and the fact that she loves.

    Loving my Versa. I love my Fitbit Versa. It was easy to set up and I’ve had zero problems. I never realized how little I actually move. No wonder I gained weight. If you can’t get a notification
    to come up, research how to turn it on. I’m very happy with mine. I’m getting 4 plus days of battery life. It charges quickly. I love that I can download free clock faces from the Fitbit app. Looking forward to buying new snazzy bands.

    Excellent Smart Watch. I bought this watch for Christmas and I love it. All features are as describe, easy to use and I also bought extra bands and accessories to match my wardrobe. The only down fall is that I’m not getting a low battery warning and battery does not last 4 days. 3 days batterylife max. I highly recommend it.

    Best present EVER. I LOVE this!! I love all the features. I love being able to change the look with bands and cases. I purchased a couple of clock faces and love them. Only thing I really was hoping that I could use my audible account. Still hoping!

    Not swim proof. Not actually waterproof. Normally i take my watch off during shower time. Today i got in the pool and used the swim button to track how long i was in the pool for. It stopped working and you can see there is water where the heart rate monitor is. My pool isnt that terribly deep either its a 16’x48″

    Fitbit Versa Fitness Watch. New Fitbit Versa fitness watch delivered as scheduled. Synced with Fitbit app on my android phone and is working fine. I have not reviewed the three year extended warranty email, but I believe the warranty to be worth the cost.

    Screen corrupted. Horrible customer service. I’ve had mine for just over a year. The screen suddenly became “corrupted” (Fitbits customer service term) one month outside of warranty. The screen is fuzzy with overlapping images and nearly impossible to read/use. Customer service asked me to reset and restart the watch numerous times. The restart was nearly impossible to perform because of the bad screen. CS basically gave me the run around for 2 weeks before offering a 25% discount off a full price replacement. Or really no discount at all. When I told them this was a non discount and asked them to do better the cs rep replied in a snarky manner and did not address the non discount issue. HORRIBLE customer service for an issue that is a very common complaint for this device. Do not buy! I will be looking at other brands.

    Should have stuck with Blaze. The first one I received the battery went dead in 24 hrs. I exchanged it and now the Versa still doesn’t work as it should. It doesn’t show accurate steps, sleep or my text messages. I have tried several things with FitBit customer service, but nothing is working. So now I will have to return this one. I do have to say both Sam’s Club and FitBit’s customer service has been excellent. Just not the product itself.

    Keeps me on track! I purchased this Fitbit as a recommendation from my cardiologist. I wanted to keep track of my resting HR as well as my high points in the day, and I’m thrilled I can see all the data via the app and my watch itself.
    I appreciate the ability to link it with other apps like Myfitnesspal and Strava. Oh and of course my Starbucks card! It’s the little things, ya know!
    I am also more mindful of my steps now, and I can see active minutes. The watch faces are customizable via the app, and so are a number of cool widgets like a little torch light, a weather app, a water reminder, and music.
    The possibilities are great with this Versa, and my only one complaint is the battery life after a while. I still get a solid 4 days with bits of play time but I expected it to be a tad more as the manufacturer stated 7 days on purchase. Not a deal breaker, I just have to charge it while sleeping and that interrupts my sleep insights, another super cool feature!
    All in all I’d highly recommend it. I’ve never owned a Garmin or Apple Watch for any sort of comparison, but this does exactly what I needed it to at a fraction of competitions price points.
