Fitbit HR. I have always been pretty active (your basic gym rat) but never could exactly quantify my workouts. The HR really helped me to examine my heart rate, calories burned, and my overall daily activity. So now I’m able to set certain goals to see if I’m progressing or digressing. And the App IS THE BEST!!! Screen protectors are a MUST to keep the scratches away and I also got a sleeve to jazz mine up a little. Hope this helps!

Good, but with problems… I am writing this review 9 months after the purchase. To begin with I loved the product, it actually does what is supposed to do. I happened to use it along with an Apple Watch, and very often I compared my heart rate and steps in both devices and they were pretty close. The app is pretty good and information.
My problem has to do with the quality of the product itself:
– 6 months after use the band developed of bulge in the front around the display area, which made it look like there was some water or air. I searched online and apparently and read about several people reporting the same kind of problem.
– About a month ago, it ran out of battery and when I plugged it to recharge, it flashed like the display like crazy and never turned it on again.

Does not last. I bought the Charge HR hoping that it would be a good long lasting product. Within the first 5 months I noticed a bubble developing underneath the band below the screen.I followed all of the recommendations for cleaning and care and did not overly abuse the product either. I didn’t think anything of it at first but then I noticed it got a little bit bigger with each passing week. By 6 months the band on top of the of the screen started to detach completely and within a week dirt/grime was able to enter underneath the band. Also the bubble had grown to a bigger size and moved toward the bottom of the screen. By the end of 6 months the band was coming completely off the tracker. I called their customer support and they sent me a replacement rather quickly. Once again though within 5 months I noticed the same problem developing once again. This time instead of waiting another 2 months for the fitbit to destroy itself I called their customer service once again. This time I was once again offered a replacement but I was told that my warranty was only good from the time I bought my original fitbit so even though they sent me a new (probably refurbished) fitbit it did not have a 1 year warranty and this is the last time they would replace the fitbit. So within 1 year I went through 2 fitbits and am on my third which I don’t expect to last longer than 6 months now. I recommend not buying it because you will end up buying a new fitbit every year.

Buyer Beware. After less than a year a very well known defect will show up. It is a bubble that occurs below the display. Probably due to the heat from recharging the battery. I have had 2 that did the same thing. All the company will do now is offer a 25% off their new product. Don’t waste your money on this. Would be great product and company if they would take care of customers. Price has dropped. I paid $169 originally for less than one year of use before defect. Just wrong.

Great gift! Purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas present and so far she loves it! I’m also considering purchasing one for myself as well!

Nice watch/heart rate/step counter all in one. This is great for walking, exercising, climbing stairs. I ordered it through Walmart and had it delivered in 3 business days. I went and picked it up at the Walmart including free shipping. It was securely packaged in a sturdy box. I got it at the customer pickup counter in the back of the store and the young lady was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Will order through Walmart again. The heart rate monitor is accurate. I compared it to taking my pulse using my Seiko watch. I still have not used the sleep counter or the alarm yet. Yes, that is also included.

Not impressed. I have worn this for about a month the screen is already scratched up and I do not feel like it keeps up on my steps correctly I am constantly on the run and another thing when you’re standing there holding a buggy with the kids in it and pushing it through Walmart it won’t count the steps because your hands not swinging so I don’t and won’t recommend this product at all also it dies super fast I’m talking I have to charge it almost every night I want to track my sleep not charge it

Cool gadget. If you’re into fitness it’s neat. It’s given me motivation to move around more. I wouldn’t say it’s a must have though unless you’re really going to utilize it.

Garbage,. The quality of this product is equivalent to product that is $30. After owning 1 that I purchased and a replacement , I will not buy a FitBit again. The quality is bad , the rubber on both came loose after a few months. The HR is so in accurate. Look at picture attached, who has a HR of 198. Don’t waist your money. The only cool part is the app that comes with it but it is useless with in accurate information.
