Fitbit Charge 3, Fitness Activity Tracker

Highly recommend! I love it! I bought this because I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. The doctor said I need to change my diet and exercise. The set up was incredibly easy. I installed the app on my LG K20V phone with no problems. It took awhile for the updates to download. Once that happened it was smooth sailing.
Here is a short list of additional pros/cons based on 2 weeks of use.
Pros:
*A compact, sleek design that can be worn at night with minimal issues.
*Easily syncs to the Android app.
*Counts “steps” and their equivalent well, even during activities like spinning that aren’t really steps.
*Monitors sleep patterns using an algorithm that breaks down your time into 4 sleep stages.
*Allows manual tracking of food and beverage intake and calorie consumption. The water tracker is awesome.
* Synchs to Tactio Health app (I use it to track my glucose readings!)

Cons:
*Small learning curve- there is a short delay before exercise and sleep showed up on the app.
*It also seems to want to pair to 1 device only, so after pairing to my phone I can run the app on my tablet but only connect via bluetooth once, to the phone.
*The heart rate monitor is inconsistent. There’s a slight delay when it kicks in during exercise. Resting heart rates seem fine.
*The weight tracking is basic. It’s suitable for fitness newbies like me. Others, may not be as happy with it.

good buy for the active person. bought 2 (one for me and one for my wife) I wear it everyday, it’s perfect for those with an active lifestyle, it does more then I use it for but I mainly use it for time, to read notifications while at work without pulling my phone out, and step counter.. its water resistant and very durable.. I dont ever wear my more expensive watches really anymore. it’s nice to have the sleek watch on and it doesn’t get in the way of things

WORST WATCH EVER. I had the Fitbit charge 3 and if was okay until it broke, the screen would just be black without it being dead each time I had to do a complete restart for it to work again which would undo all my settings and was just overall a pain. So o returned it and they sent me a new one except it took 2 MONTHS to get here because they were put of the product in that color and then they were processing and then they sent it to the slowest shipping despite being 2 months late. They didn’t tell they were out of that color until I was well into waiting for it. Then I get it and it’s okay again until it breaks in THE EXACT SAME WAY within a couple of weeks. Now one time with the problem is inconvenient but two times out of all the many they sell is super sketchy. So naturally I try to return it and they want to send me another, the last thing I want is another one of their products but they refuse to give me my money back. Which I can understand but it’s still frustrating. What I don’t understand is the fact that they won’t extend my warranty. So if this watch breaks I don’t get a new one. Which is crazy. They can’t just keep sending me broken watches until the warrenty on the original watch runs out, except they can and did. All I wanted was a garenty that my watch would work for 6 months not even a year and they refused. Do now I am stuck with a potentially broken THIRD watch and all that money is down the drain with no garenty that it will even work for more than a week. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A FITBIT and will make sure that everyone I know will never buy one again.

great Fitbit. This has every feature that I wanted. I really like my Fitbit. I can tell how long I slept, when I got up, heart rate, steps, goals. it has so much to offer.

Upgraded. Easy to see screen, had Fitbit flex 2, love the fact you can get info off the face instead of always going on your phone, getting heart rate up during workout is important, with this Fitbit, it’s always available, alerts me when calls and texts come in, accurate sleep tracker, very comfortable forget I’m wearing it, highly recommended, fashionable also
