    New to Purifiers. I am new to air purifiers, but not to Dyson. I am as pleased with this Hot+Cool Link purifier as I am with all my other Dyson products. I have only had my air purifier a week now but I have experimented with the most of it’s features and controls.

    Set up is easy as it comes fully assembled and ready to use. It is shorter than my Dyson Tower fans but with its tilt function I have not had any issues with directing the air flow where it is wanted or needed. Being it has been 90 degrees lately, I have only briefly tried the heat function and I will enjoy it come fall when It’s cool enough to use. It has a “focused mode” for the air which I’m used to, but it also has a “diffused mode” that I feel may be more usable when in the heat function.

    I have set my unit up in my bedroom and use the cooling mode nightly along with the night mode which dims the display. The display is just bright enough at night that I appreciate that I can dim it. As with my other Dyson fans I REALLY appreciate how quiet it is. When I’m not in the bedroom I put it in the “auto mode”. I noticed it wasn’t running during the day after the initial set-up, but then one day while vacuuming it kicking on, ran as it is supposed to, then shut down as usual.

    As far as the filter, it is doing it’s job as I’ve noticed less dust in the room, and none on the fan itself. I pulled the air filter out of the unit when it was new just to see how it would be to change, it’s a piece of cake.

    If you’ve been considering an air purifier, I would highly recommend the Hot+Cool Link as you get the best of both worlds in a machine that is usable year round.

    Perfect for all your home needs. Great product which allowed me to get rid of my separate heater and use only one system. Plus there is the added benefit of the air purifier. My husband and I both have allergies and this system is great for reducing allergens, odors, etc.

    Easy to use app allows you to control the device remotely and check on the quality of the air.

    I highly recommend this product.

    Another wow product from Dyson. No matter how many Dyson products I try I am constantly amazed at their performance and this product does not disappoint. We have this new Pure Hot+Cool Link set up in our living room and it provides total air circulation for the entire area. I have it set to about 65 degrees right now during the hot weather and I love the fact that you can adjust the flow to flocused or diffused air, love that feature. In the winter we will turn it over to heat and I know from other models we own that it will dramatically help us cut back on our electric bill, these heaters are wonderful for smaller area heating. Keeps us toasty without having to crank up the heat for the whole house. The new feature of the built-in air purifier is a godsend. The HEPA filter is so wonderful in removing all those things in the air that make us stuffy and sneezy, the smells from the kitchen, the dander from our kitty and who knows what else. It is so great to have all of these features built into one handy dandy unit. I also love the app feature on my phone and the ability to use it as another remote control for the unit. This little guy is so many things built into one small and compact product and is definitely worth the price. I have never been disappointed in a Dyson product, they just seem to keep getting better and better with time. I recommend their products to my family and friends and will continue to do so.

    “Dyson trial participant”. I must admit i was sceptical that this machine could do what it claimed! I am a retired diesel mechanic so the first things i look for are build quality and practicality. the build quality stood out as i unpacked it from the box and the filters are impressive! Have had the machine for 3 weeks and so far have used it in my study(day) and our Bedroom(night) The phone app took a while to pair with machine(15 attempts) but once linked it is an impressive app. Bedroom:- Used for 6 nights on night mode function, extremely quiet on top night setting (4) as our nights have not gone below 22deg we used the aircon for an hour first and then left the purifier on all night, it left the cool air circulating and my wife who is asthmatic has not coughed and has slept better, big plus for us. Study(day) Left on auto function it keeps the study cool far better than the overhead fan and the air definitely feels fresher. Overall i am very impressed with this Dyson pure hot cool machine, it is smart looking and unobtrusive, well built and appears to do what it claims well. I will review again when the weather is cool enough to test the heater function. Would i recommend this machine? Yes i would, especially to inner city dwellers where pollution is higher, this is a very good purifier with easy to read pollution data especially from the app.

    Exceeded expectations. Dyson trial participant:- When i first received this machine i admit i was sceptical it would do what was claimed of it! As a retired mechanic, the fist thing i look for with anything is build quality and practicality, This cute little Dyson passed with flying colours. Also impressed with the thought that has gone in to the filters, well done. After trying the Dyson purehotcool in our bedroom during the night and my study during the day i am a convert! My wife is an asthmatic and after the second night we noticed her cough had stopped and she was sleeping better, the air just seems so fresh! Also the night mode is super quiet so no disturbance for light sleepers, bonus.The app was a bit finicky to set up but once working is an excellent tool and give heaps of info on air quality. Limited time testing heat function but what we did left the impression it would be excellent in winter. Would certainly recommend this cool looking machine especially to people living in polluted areas e.g. inner city and people with aspiritary problems,Overall a great addition to our family. love it!

    Great for our apartment. We live in an older apartment and so buying a heater is tricky. We bought home and it blew a fuse… BUT NOT WITH THIS ONE! This one has saved us so much on our gas bill. It heats up our 2 bedroom great and we only have two of them. This works better than our wall heater. Love this product! Great for our crawler too. Safe!

    Versatile Machine. Shopping around mostly to get the chill out of the bedroom & light enough to unplug for the TV room. So far perfect. Never been one to need it toasty. More so just comfortable for that early morning shower when it’s cold . I also think the subtle noise helps me sleep without having the TV on. Soothing might be the word. The air filter seems to get the stagnant air out. You need to close the windows though ..per instructions.

    Pleasantly surprised. I received an HP02 for Christmas and I had no issues connecting to WiFi and I had no issues with an off odor and the fan settings allow for diffused or direct air flow and the sound output is lower than a conventional fan at similar airflow rate. I find the HP02 to be an attractive design and having filtered air blowing is much nicer than a traditional fan blowing around unfiltered air, think of how traditional fan blades get after a while and ceiling fan blades. This machine scrubs the air clean and I’ve even noticed dust accumulation on my furniture has been unnoticeable since I have been using this unit. Its not much larger than the original hot/cool fan but understandably it is because it also has a filter. The HP02 is attractive and modern looking and the remote can be put on top of unit and held there magnetically. The controls on the remote are easy to understand and the app gives plenty of info and graphs to monitor air quality, temperature and filter health. Access to the filter is easy and I expect no problems replacing it when the time comes. It’s expensive but your not trying to be cheap here you want a DYSON. also I notice the airflow is more “even” compared to a traditional fan, consider how water comes out of your kitchen faucet compared to your garden hose, the garden hose is a solid flow of water and so like is the air flow from this fan. Very nice. I highly recommend the HP02

    Worthwhile investment. I bought this primarily to warm a prewar 1BR, thinking I would purchase another one if I was satisfied. It turns out this unit is so efficient that when properly positioned it warms the entire place! I should not be surprised; I have purchased 4 Dyson vacuum products over the years and the oldest one still works great after almost 15 years.

    Generally love it, but… When outside air quality is good, but inside air quality is only fair, I turn on the machine, but the inside air quality can’t seem to improve to reach good. When the machine was new, it could. Only 3 months old now and air filter life still 80%, so filter is not the problem. Heating up the room and wifi control works great though.
